The mission of the Goshen Hospital and Health Care Foundation is to assist and support the programs and projects of IU Health Goshen and the communities it serves. The Foundation provides a venue for their resources to meet community health care needs in significant ways.

The Hospice program is a specialized team approach to care for patients with an incurable or progressive illness in the patient’s home or nursing facility. Hospice care emphasizes symptom management of pain and physical discomfort, and provides for emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Your gift to Hospice could provide someone in need with Hospice services, or could be used for new equipment, expansion of services and programs, training and education, or for general use within Hospice.
